As AI technology advances, conventional air-cooling methods are becoming insufficient. Standard servers require far less cooling compared to AI-driven systems, which can demand up to five times the cooling capacity.

As a matter of fact, liquid cooling is gaining traction as the preferred method for thermal management.

Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling: This approach utilizes cold plates attached to GPUs and other high-heat components to absorb and transfer heat to a liquid medium, effectively dissipating up to 95% of the heat generated.

Rear-Door Heat Exchangers: These systems are designed to extract residual heat from IT equipment and can be integrated with air-cooling strategies when necessary.

These sophisticated cooling systems guarantee maximum efficiency and dependability in AI-driven settings, mitigating the risk of overheating and lowering operational expenses.

Innovative Infrastructure Solutions for AI

To accommodate the growing energy demands of AI data centers must upgrade their power infrastructure.

This entails increasing power capacity throughout the entire system, from the power grid to the processing units.
